Refund policy

Every Fumée order comes with a 14-day trial. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to test the scent and see if it is right for you.

If it is not for you, you can return it within 14 days for a refund, as long as the product is in good condition. To start a return, email us at hello@fumee.online with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues Please check your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to swap a scent is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
