Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Egyptian public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship across Egypt, with most orders arriving within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your city and courier.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions for details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We proudly offer Cash on Delivery across Egypt. Payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of your order. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our courier's website.
Delays & Issues
Fumee is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@fumee.online and we will investigate on your behalf.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Fumee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@fumee.online before the order is dispatched.
